Ogun NUJ Chairman dies at 54,Journalist mourns

Soji Amosu,Chairman,Ogun State chapter of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) is dead.

Amosu who before his death works with the National Orientation Agency (NOA), died on Sunday.

His sudden death still remains a mystery to many .

Amosu died after a brief illness.

Amosu, an indigene of Oke-Ore, Yewa South Local Government Area of Ogun State, was born on June 22, 1968.

The graduate of Mass Communication was elected as the Chairman of the Ogun NUJ in 2019, at a time he was completing a tenure as the Secretary of the council.

Though his election was dissolved by the National President of the NUJ, Chris Iziguzo and having approached the National Industrial Court,his election was upheld in February 2021.

Soji Amosu is survived by Wife and Children.
