The Abeokuta Grammar School Old Boys’ Association (AGSOBA) has elected a new set of executives to lead the association for the next two years.

The election, which formed part of activities marking the 117th Founder’s Day Anniversary, took place at the school premises and also marked the conclusion of Agsoba Chief Sunday Oduntan’s two-term tenure as President General.
The newly elected executives are: Agsoba Dr. Femi Kotoye (6771)– President General; Abiona Morolari (6973)– 1st Vice President General; Agsoba Dare Olateju (8591)– 2nd Vice President General; Agsoba Abideen Segun Ibidunni AMA (7883)– Secretary General ; Nike Begbaaji (8287) – Social Secretary; Agsoba Dipo Ajala (8591)– Financial Secretary; Agsoba Tosin Nosir (8893) – Welfare Secretary; Agsoba Dapo Adebiyi (9197) – Internal Auditor; Agsoba Goke Sorinola-Martins (9602)– Assistant Publicity Secretary; Agsoba Oyewole Anuoluwapo Mariam (8591)– Treasurer; Agsoba Olujimi Taiwo (0006) – Assistant Secretary General; Agsoba Bukola Adelekan (9298) – Assistant Social Secretary
and Agsoba Damilola Martins (9197)– Legal Adviser
Announcing the results, Agsoba Prof. Sola Adeyanju, Chairman of the AGSOBA Electoral Committee, congratulated the winners and urged them to build on the legacy of the outgoing administration while striving for greater achievements.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the highest decision-making body of AGSOBA Global and is traditionally convened during the Founder’s Day Anniversary where elections are held every two years.
