Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate in the 2023 Presidential Election has received certificate of return from INEC at exactly 3:35 pm at the National Collation centre.
The INEC chairman Professor Mahmood Yakubu presented the certificate to him.
Certificate was also presented to the VP elect,Alhaji Kassim Shettima.
