The All Progressives Congress(APC) presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has signed the second peace accord ahead of Saturday’s poll in the presence of President Muhammadu Buhari.
Other presidential candidates also signed in a ceremony was witnessed by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Thabo Mbeki,Former South African President; former Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta and Malawi’s former President, Joyce Hilda Banda also witnessed the ceremony.
Others were Commonwealth Secretary-General Patricia Scotland and European Union, Head of Delegations, Ms. Samuela Isopi.
