Godwin Emefiele,Governor of Central bank of Nigeria(CBN) has today flagged of the 2020 Wet Season Harvest Aggregation and 2020 Dry Season Input Distribution under the RIFAN-CBN Anchor Borrowers’ Programme in Kebbi State.
The event which staged by Rice farmers Association of Nigeria to celebrate 5th Anniversary of the anchors borrows programme.
