NAHCON Sets Over 8 Million As 2025 Hajj Fare

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has released Hajj fares for 2025 for each zone of the country.

According to a statement by Fatima Sanda Usara, Assistant Director Information and Publication of the Commission, she indicates that the announcement was sequel to the approval from the Office of the Vice President of Nigeria.

It shows as follows; Intending pilgrims from Borno and zone are expected to pay N8,327,125.59 (eight million, three hundred and twenty-seven thousand, one hundred and twenty- five Naira fifty-nine kobo).

Also intending pilgrims from Southern states of Nigeria are to pay N8, 784, 085.59 (eight million, seven hundred and eighty-four thousand, eighty-five Naira Naira fifty-nine kobo).

While intending pilgrims from the Northern Nigeria zone will pay N8, 457,685.59 (eight million, four hundred and fifty-seven thousand, six hundred and eighty-five Naira fifty-nine kobo).

Prof Abdullahi Saleh Usman, Chairman of the Commission described the Hajj fare as a product of extensive collaboration with all stakeholders.

He appreciated the support of the Presidency and Forum of State Executive Secretaries of State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Boards/ Agencies.
