Troops of the One Brigade and Sector One Joint Task Force North West Operation Hadarin Daji, under Operation Sahel Sanity II, have killed two notorious terrorists who had been terrorising people of Kaura Namoda Local Government of Zamfara State recently.
This is contained in a statement issued by Suleiman Omale, Acting Director of Army Public Relations.
He said, “The gallant troops acting on intelligence swiftly responded to a distress call in the area and engaged the elements in a serious gun duel, effectively killing two of the terrorists with others forced to withdraw in disarray.
“Consequently, the troops have conducted a mop-up operation in the area during which they recovered one operational motorcycle belonging to the terrorists.”
