The National Youth Service Corps,(NYSC) Ogun State, on Monday, 30th October, 2023 witnessed the emergence of the 27th Chief Executive, when Mrs Nasamu Olayinka Diana was handed over the Barton of leadership at a brief, colourful but well attended ceremony at the State Secretariat in Abeokuta .
The new helmsman who was hitherto State Coordinator in Ebonyi promised to build on the legacies and achievement of her predecessor. She solicited for the support, prayers and cooperation of all staff to enable her succeed.
The Ekiti State born Chief Executive implored all staff who have lofty ideas that can move the Scheme forward to walk up to her as she will operate an open door administration.
Earlier in his valedictory speech , the outgoing State Coordinator Mr Jimba Olawole Chris who has been posted to Enugu as the Ag Director, NYSC, South East Area office thanked members of staff for their support , prayers and loyalty to his administration and called for the extension of similar gestures to his successor .
Jimba who described his success as a portrait of excellence appealed to staff to give her all their support.
The event was well attended by Management and Staff.
