The Plateau State Assembly has elected a new Speaker, deputy with the member representing Pankshin North in the Plateau State House of Assembly, Gabriel Dawang, on Tuesday emerging the new Speaker.
The emergence of the member of the Young Peoples Party followed the resignation of the former Speaker, Moses Sule, and his deputy, Gwottaon Fom.
Timothy Dantong, representing Riyom constituency, also emerged the new Deputy Speaker of the Assembly.
