The Delta state police command says the homicide department of the command has arrested one Godwin Mngumi aged 25 years, the security guard who allegedly murdered a retired Delta judge Justice Ifeoma Okogwu in Anambra state.
The command spokesperson Edafe Bright in a statement made available to Galaxy news,said the phone of the late justice was also recovered from the suspect.
The suspect was said to have confessed inviting his friend one Nnaji Obalum to the house where they murdered the judge and a third suspect who is at Large.
The second suspect is said to have also been arrested, while the manhunt is ongoing for the third suspect.
