Jamil Ibrahim, the Minister of Youth, has revealed Federal Government’s plan approval for the establishment of Presidential initiatives which would focus on establishing the youths, and thereby generating upto two million job opportunities.
This was said to be in-line with the approval of Federal Executive Council. She made this declaration during the ministerial sectoral media chat, tailored toward President Bola Tinubu one year in office anniversary, at Radio house, in Abuja.
According to the Minister, there are initial six clusters toward the job opportunities for the youths. In the upcoming weeks, the clusters will be scheduled and over 50,000 entrepreneurs would be supported.
Also, the presidential initiative is expected to generate 500,000 direct job opportunities, with over two million indirect ones for the youths in Nigeria.
Speaking further, she said there would be creation of Next-Gen Bank, and N5billon funding with the collaboration from Bank of Industries and private sectors are to be provided for the youths.
