Operatives of the Port Harcourt Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have arrested 37 suspected internet fraudsters in Port Harcourt, Rivers State
They were arrested on Friday, August 1, 2025, at various locations in Port Harcourt following credible intelligence about their suspected involvement in internet-related activities.
Items recovered from them include different brands and models of vehicles, phones, and laptops containing incriminating items.
The suspects will be charged to court upon the conclusion of the investigation.
