Babajide Sanwo-Olu cousin, Jermaine Sanwo-Olu who was appointed as his Senior Special Assistant on Diaspora and Foreign Relations was absent at Sanwo-Olu’s today’s US tour.
Mr. Governor had embarked on tour of high-speed train manufacturers,Talgo Incorporated Company for the acquisition of two sets of brand new 10-car Metro Trains for Lagos Rail project, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA on the 19th January, 2022.
It was however not clear Jermaine’s Job as SSA on Diaspora when he couldn’t be there on such strategic visit.
Jermaine has been on Lagos payroll since his appointment and hasn’t participated in more than one public function and has not been pictured in any Mr Governors visit abroad.
Our reporter who conducted extensive research learnt that Jermane is PR professionals who belongs to association of public relations professionals in the UK and the CEO of Diaspora PR who is a UK resident.
Jermaine who was introduced on social media as the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Diaspora and Foreign Relations had since his appointment being pictured with the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Tourism and other officials who received a delegation from the World Tourism Cities Federation after which he hasn’t been pictured in any local or diaspora duties for Lagos.
He is the Public Relations Officer of the Central Association of Nigerians in the UK.
