Election has commenced in many part of Anambra State as at 8:30am according to our Reporter.
It was however discovered that many things were wrong about the election.
As at 9:30am,many of the INEC centres, RACs, as well as INEC LGA headquarters were filled with security officers and election materials waiting to be transported.
