The Most Rev’d Dr Henry Chukwudum Ndukuba, Primate of All Nigeria,
has approved the appointment of the Ven. Raphael Adedoyin Aderinwale as the Director of Communication of the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion).
This was made known through the General Secretary of the Church of Nigeria, The Ven. Barr. Festus Opara who noted that the appointment followed a rigorous and merit-based selection process in which he emerged as the most suitable candidate for the office.
He is to take over from Korede Akintunde, General Manager of ACNNTV, who has also been acting in this capacity since 2023 till date.
The Director of Communication coordinates all internal and external Communications of the Church and manages the Church’s media platforms, so as to promote growth, unity and harmony.
The appointment of Venerable Aderinwale as the director of communication takes effect immediately.
Raphael Aderinwale is a Venerable of the Anglican Communion, who until this appointment served as the Media Officer of the Diocese of Egba and also the Director of Media for the Christian Association of Nigeria, Ogun State chapter. He has a notable experience in media and information technology.
Dr. Opara noted that the Primate has expressed confidence that he will serve faithfully and diligently to the glory of God and the advancement of His Church. He also prayed that the LORD will grant him divine wisdom, grace and strength to fulfil his responsibilities with excellence and humility.
