The Kaduna State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) says Governor Uba Sani has approved the constitution of the Local Organising Committee (LOC) and its various subcommittees for the official flag-off of the 2027 Presidential Election Campaign, scheduled for Saturday, October 24, 2026, in Kaduna State.
A statement signed by Ahmed Maiyaki, Chairman, Media and Publicity Committee, said the Local Organising Committee, chaired by the Deputy Governor, Dr Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe, is mandated to coordinate and oversee all arrangements for the successful hosting of the event.
According to the statement, an inaugural meeting of all Committee Chairmen, Deputy Chairmen, Secretaries, Assistant Secretaries and members of the LOC Secretariat is to hold on Monday, October 19, 2026.
