Some Nigerians have marched to the streets to celebrate the 64th Independence anniversary of the country.
Protesters gathered at under bridge in Ikeja, Lagos to show dissatisfaction over the hardship in Nigeria.
Despite the presence of heavy security on the venue of the protest, the protesters were carrying various placards with different inscriptions like; Reverse Electricity Tariffs Hike, Place All Political Office Holders on the minimum wage, Free Adaramoye Michael Lenin and others.”
The former presidential candidate of African Action Congress, AAC, Omoyele Sowore is also on the protest ground.
