On Wednesday night, March 27, a devastating fire tore through the NNPC (Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation) fuel station located in Yola, Adamawa State. The inferno, which started late in the evening, caused extensive damage to the station and nearby structures.
Eyewitnesses reported thick plumes of smoke billowing into the night sky as flames engulfed the fuel station, sending residents into panic.
Thankfully, in a stroke of relief amidst the chaos, authorities have confirmed that no lives were lost in the incident.
