Comrade Joe Ajaero, President of Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has reported himself before the Nigeria Police Force over allegations of financing terrorism and other offences today.
Ajaero proceeded to the Police Station shortly after some leaders of the Union and the legal team of NLC headed by Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Femi Falana address member of different organs of the Unions that converged on the labour house in solidarity.
NLC had earlier appealed to the Nigeria police force to give it more time to consult with its lawyers before the Joseph Ajaero will honour the police invitation.
The Union says the Police granted the Union the request setting 29 of August for the NLC President to answer the invitation.
