The Lagos State Judiciary has held its annual Christmas Carol recently at the High Court premises in Ikeja, bringing together members of the judiciary, staff, retirees, and well-wishers to celebrate the festive season.
In his welcome address, Chief Judge of Lagos State, Honourable Justice Kazeem Olanrewaju Alogba, expressed profound gratitude to Almighty God for his mercies and grace throughout the year’s challenges.
A moment of silence was observed in remembrance of departed souls, during which Justice Alogba encouraged attendees to remain thankful for the gift of life.He commended the judiciary workforce for their steadfastness and productivity, acknowledging that public criticism often motivates them to strive for excellence
.Justice Alogba also extended his appreciation to retirees for their unwavering dedication, wishing them good health in their retirement.Mr. Tajudeen Elias, the Chief Register, in his opening remarks, offered thanks to God and expressed gratitude to all present.
The event featured soulful carol renditions, scriptural readings and special performances, fostering a spirit of unity and reflection among attendees.The Lagos State Judiciary remains committed to upholding justice and serving the public with integrity, dedication, and compassion.
