Yola Law School Student ends it all After Being Barred From Bar Final Exams

By Our Reporter

A Nigerian Law School student, Ayomiposi Ojajuni, has taken his life after allegedly being prevented from taking the Bar Final examinations at the institution’s Yola campus.

SaharaReporters reported that Ojajuni, a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, became visibly distressed on Saturday, December 6, when he learned he had been barred from sitting for the professional exam, which commenced that morning.

Shortly after receiving the news, he was said to have ingested a harmful substance.

Further findings revealed that the decision to stop him from participating in the exam stemmed from disciplinary measures, including multiple queries previously issued to him by the school.

Ojajuni was rushed to the Modibbo Adama University Teaching Hospital in Yola, where he died on Sunday.
