Five persons abducted by suspected kidnappers along the ogere axis of Ogun State have been rescued in a joint operation by Lagos – Ogun states police command.

Describing the operation as a demonstration of effective inter-state collaboration, the Commissioners of Police for Lagos and Ogun States vowed to sustain coordinated offensives against criminal gangs, stressing that there would be no hiding place for kidnappers and other violent offenders.
The Police also appealed to residents to remain security conscious by reporting suspicious persons and movements promptly, maintaining that timely information from members of the public remains critical to intelligence gathering and crime prevention.
