Teachers, under the association of Oyo State Teachers Action Group, took to the streets of Ibadan in protest of kidnapped students and teachers in Oriire Local Government Area, a fortnight ago, by bandits.
The teachers held a peaceful solidarity walk expressing concerns over the delay in the rescue of the kidnapped students and teachers in Orire local Government Area by bandits on May 14.
They demanded temporary closure of all schools in Oyo State until the release of all kidnapped victims.
