Governor Dapo Abiodun, of Ogun State has said the inclusive leadership style of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is deepening internal democracy within the All Progressives Congress.

Abiodun made the remark while formally presenting the official results of the APC primary election for Ogun East Senatorial District to President Tinubu.
The governor, who emerged as the APC candidate for the senatorial election, expressed gratitude to God, the President, party leaders, stakeholders and the people of Ogun East for the confidence reposed in him during the primary process.
He commended Tinubu for promoting inclusive democratic policies within the ruling party, particularly the adoption of direct primaries, which he said allowed party members to freely exercise their voting rights and strengthened their sense of belonging within the APC.
According to Abiodun, the successful conduct of the primary election reflected the unity, maturity and democratic spirit of the party in Ogun State.
The governor reaffirmed his commitment to public service, stating that his aspiration to represent Ogun East in the Senate was driven by the desire to further advance development, peace, inclusiveness and economic prosperity in Ogun State and across the country.
He also appreciated party members, leaders, supporters and stakeholders for their encouragement, solidarity and commitment to what he described as the collective vision of building a greater Ogun State.
