Mr. Taiwo Adewole, Managing Director, Okitipupa Oil Palms Plc has charged youths on the need to activate their inner ability by starting an enterprise no matter how small saying this will help them in becoming established entrepreneurs.
Mr. Adewole who disclosed this at the Akure Special edition of Young leaders entrepreneurship conference held at Professor Theodore Francis auditorium at the federal University of Technology, Akure.
He said the event is significant at a time like this because of the macro and micro economic impact on the Ondo State domestic economy and Nigeria at large urging the participants to take advantage of the conference for future gains.
Mr. Adewole opined that entrepreneurship is the solution to poverty and unemployment which happens to be the two most important challenges facing the youths of today in Nigeria adding that it is high time young people get branded by their enterprise saying many have no brand.
“By the time I graduated in 1990 at the age of 24, it was very clear to me that good education was the key to unlocking your potentials as an entrepreneur and in this digital economy. I learnt there is no much you can achieve without a formal education”.
Speaking further, he charged entrepreneurs to embrace the power of idea which is the only way to be separated among multitudes.

The Young Leaders Entrepreneurship Conference, (YOLEC) is a yearly event organized by Yolechub Ltd, a polishing Entrepreneurship Hub founded by Tosin Adesile.
