Passengers were thrown into panic after a fire broke out at the terminal of the E-Arrival Finger of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
It was learnt that the fire outbreak led to a power outage at the airport as well as a temporary suspension of operations.
Eyewitnesses said the incident caused panic among workers and passengers at the airport as travellers hastily left the place which was engulfed by smoke for the departure hall.
The Sparklightnews confirmed the fire is said to had broke out at the terminal of the E-Arrival section of the MMIA.
The cause of the fire was not ascertained as of the time of filing the report, but normal activities resumed at the terminal after firefighters intervened.
