The Cross River State Governor Bassey Otu has launched the second phase of the 17-kilometer Boki East West road construction project assuring on the timely completion of the people’s project.

Represented by the Deputy Governor Peter Odey, Governor Otu expressed optimism that the project would address long-standing transportation challenges, catalyse job creation as well as enhancing trade and commerce in the area.
Justina Etim reports that the project is part of the state government’s commitment to improving road infrastructure and to enhance connectivity, boost the local economy, and stimulate socio-economic development in rural communities in the state.
