Tinubu’s Administration Is Committed To Completing Bonny-Bodo Road Contract-Umahi

The Minister of Works, Dave Umahi, declared while having a media chat, that the administration of President Tinubu is willing to complete the Bonny-Bodo road contract in Bonny Kingdom of Rivers state. Starting with the approval of 20billion naira for Julius Berger and 500million naira for logistics and peace committee.

During the media chat, the Minister of Works stated assertively that the current administration will complete last administration’s projects without setbacks or whatsoever.

“So, this is additional 20.5 billion naira, all conditions are waived and the job must be completed by December 2024. There is no increase in VOP(Variation of Price), it is taken has given,” the Minister said.

Speaking further, he also said: “If I do not get a letter by Friday morning, I will reverse to terminate the the contract because Mr. President has approved every of their conditions.”
