Sanwo-Olu Award N10 Million to LASU Best Graduating Student

Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the executive governor of Lagos State has announced the award of 10 million naira to the best-graduating student of Lagos State University (LASU), Olaniyi Olawale, Accounting Education, who graduated with a CGPA of 4.98.

He disclosed this in a statement issued on Thursday where he said, “Emphasizing academic achievement has been a key focus of our administration, aiming to empower students and motivate them to unleash their full potential.

“Today, during the 27th convocation ceremony of the Lagos State University, I presented a prize of 10 million Naira to Olaniyi Mubaraq Olawale, the valedictorian. Congratulations to him and all 11,195 graduates!

“LASU has been unwavering in its commitment to academic excellence and ethical standards. As one of the most sought-after university in Nigeria, it stands as a symbol of exceptional education and groundbreaking ideas.
