Governor Oyebanji Dissolves Cabinet; Retains Six Commissioners, Two Advisers in Ekiti State

Biodun Oyebanji, Ekiti state Governor has dissolved the state executive council with immediate effect.

A statement by Professor Habitat Adubiaro, secretary to the state government says only six commissioners and two special advisers were retained.
The dissolution does not affect the state attorney general and commissioner for justice .

Also not affected are the commissioners for trade and investments, health, agriculture, education and works.
Special advisers on special education and that of land were also retained .

All directors general who are members of the state executive council are to retain their positions.
