Mohammed Hayatu-Deen has obtained the Nomination and Expression of Interest Forms of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, for the 2027 presidential election. He promised to end insecurity and boost the economy if elected president in the 2027 elections.

Hayatu-Deen, who was received at the ADC National Secretariat, Abuja, by his supporters, party members, and youth groups. He is the first presidential aspirant to obtain the nomination form of the ADC.

Hayatu-Deen, receiving the nomination form from the National Organising Secretary, Prince Chinedu Idigo, told journalists that the 2027 election must be centred on rebuilding the economic and security foundations of the country.

He said Nigerians are tired of living in fear, job loss, and high cost of basic necessities, saying his administration will remedy the hardship if elected.

Hayatu-Deen, who stated that insecurity remains one of the biggest threats to the country’s future, warned that no country can prosper when its farmers can not safely access their farms, and businesses operate under fear.

He maintained that apart from containing insecurity, he would also pursue policies aimed at reducing the cost of doing business, supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, expanding opportunities for young people, and driving broad-based economic growth.
