Residents of Naridon Village, Kamaru Ward, Kauru Local Government Area, Kaduna State, have cried out over the killing of 30 persons in fresh bandits’ attack late Sunday night.
The assault has left the community in mourning. Authorities said the death toll could rise as they continue to verify casualties and gather more details.
The attack is the latest in a pattern of violence that has plagued vulnerable communities in Kauru LGA and across Kaduna State.
Residents called on the Kaduna State Government, the Federal Government, and security agencies to urgently deploy more personnel to affected areas, ensure the perpetrators are brought to justice, and take concrete steps to protect lives and property.
