The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has upheld the nomination and return of Donald Duke as Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) for the 2027 general election.
Justice Muhammad Umar gave the order in Abuja.
The court declared that it has no jurisdiction to entertain the pre-election suit filed by another PRP presidential aspirant, Dr. Yakubu Kingsley.
It also maintained that the issue for litigation is an internal party affair.
In the judgment, the Court held that only a political party can determine who is an actual member of the party.
