Bauchi Police Rescue 3 Abducted Children After Being Sold In Anambra State

Bala Mohammed, Bauchi State Governor, has urged the attorney general and the judicial arms of government to ensure prompt prosecution of culprits particularly those involved in the abduction and trafficking of children in the State.

The governor Bala made the call when he handed over three minors rescued back to their families after they were abducted and sold in Anambra State.

The three minors were abducted in Gwallameji, a suburb of Bauchi metropolis, taken to Anambra state and sold; one at the cost of two million Naira.

Governor Mohammed called on the Judiciary to always ensure speedy prosecution of culprits to serve as deterrent to others.
