Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Nigerian President, has extended his condolences to Iranians and the government at large over the sudden the death of their President, Raisi Ebrahim, and his foreign minister; Hossein Amir as well as other officials involved in the helicopter crash.
According to the statement released by Ajuri Ngelale, Senior Special Assistant, the President described Raisi Ebrahim as a passionate leader who was committed to the evolving development of Iran.
Furthermore, the President also prayed for perpetual stability, and strong prosperity of the Iranian nation.
“On behalf of the government and people of Nigeria, the President assures the Islamic Republic of Nigeria’s support and prayers in this moment of grief”, the statement revealed.
