Dr Aminu Usman,The Commander-General of the Katsina State Hisbah Board, has resigned from office with immediate effect.

Usman conveyed his decision in a letter dated October 5 and addressed to the Secretary to the Katsina State Government.
Although he did not disclose the reason for his resignation, the outgoing commander-general expressed gratitude to Governor Dikko Radda for the confidence and support extended to him during his tenure.
Usman described his service to the people of Katsina State as an honour, noting that he was privileged to contribute to efforts aimed at promoting peace, security, development and moral well-being in the state.
He also thanked the governor for his leadership and guidance throughout his time in office.
