President Bola Tinubu has celebrated his wife, First Lady Oluremi Tinubu, on her 66th birthday, describing her as a woman who has stood by him with patience, grace and courage throughout their journey together.
In a birthday message, the President said the First Lady Oluremi has remained his truest friend and confidante, offering counsel and support, especially during difficult times.
President Tinubu commended his wife for her compassion, kindness, generosity, and steadfast faith, noting her contributions to the lives of young people, widows, elderly citizens, and women farmers across the country.
He recalled her humanitarian efforts through the New Era Foundation in Lagos and the Renewed Hope Initiative, saying her advocacy has also extended to people affected by tuberculosis and other diseases.
The President said Mrs. Oluremi Tinubu’s compassion transcends tribe, region, and religion, adding that her prayers and support have touched many lives, including people she may never have met.
President Tinubu expressed gratitude for the life they have built together, saying if given the opportunity to begin again, he would choose the same road that led him to her.
He prayed to God Almighty to grant the First Lady many more years in good health, joy, comfort, and happiness.
