Troops of the Joint Task Force North East Operation HADIN KAI has on Saturday morning overpowered multiple attacks by ISWAP terrorists on Forward Operation Base in Mandaragirau sector- 2 by eliminating 38 of the insurgents.

Operation HADIN KAI says, “Troops engaged the attackers with a well-coordinated offensive response, forcing the criminals to disorderly withdraw while the Air Component of Operation HADIN KAI provided close air support.
“Subsequent exploitation along the terrorists’ withdrawal routes inflicted further losses, eliminating 38 terrorists.
“Within the immediate engagement area, locals confirmed more than 30 additional terrorist bodies along the Garin Mallum–Garin Gajere axis into the Timbuktu Triangle, with several arms recovered.
