Operatives of the Nigeria Police Force, Delta State Command, have recorded a major breakthrough, dismantling drug networks and foiling a kidnap plot through coordinated raids across the state.

Police operatives from Otorokpe Division stormed a drug hideout in Ugholo community, arresting 33-year-old Justina Onokpasa. Recovered were large quantities of suspected hard drugs, including “Canadian Loud,” codeine, tramadol, and hundreds of empty distribution cans.
In a separate operation, the State Anti-Cult Unit (SACU) raided drug spots in Abraka, arresting three suspects and recovering significant quantities of Indian hemp and other illicit substances.
All suspects are in custody as investigations continue.
The Commissioner of Police, Delta State command has commended the operatives and reaffirmed the Command’s resolve to sustain the crackdown, urging residents to provide timely and credible information.
