Ogun 2027: Abiodun Submits APC Forms For Ogun East Senatorial Election

Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State has submitted nomination and interest of expression forms of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Ogun East Senatorial District election.

Governor Dapo Abiodun, who will be completing his second tenure in 2027, aspires to retire to the National Assembly from the Ogun State Government House.

According to Abiodun, “Today, we formally submitted our Nomination Form at the National Headquarters of our great party, the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Abuja as the Consensus Candidate for Ogun East Senatorial District.

“This moment is not just about a political process, but about our enduring commitment to the people of Ogun East, a district rich in history, enterprise, culture, and immense potential. We are deeply grateful to our leaders, stakeholders, and the good people across Ijebu and Remo divisions for the trust, support, and confidence they have continued to place in us. We do not take this responsibility lightly.

“Our resolve remains to continue giving Ogun East strong and purposeful representation while sustaining the developmental strides that have positively impacted our people over the years.

“Together, we will continue to work for greater opportunities, improved infrastructure, economic growth, youth empowerment, and a more prosperous future for every community across Ogun East Senatorial District”.
