President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has dismissed no fewer than five ministers from his cabinet.
According to emerging reports, the affected ministers are Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye, minister of women affairs; Lola Ade-John, the minister of tourism; and Jamila Bio Ibrahim, minister of youth development.
Tahir Mamman was also reliveed of his duty as the minister of education while Abdullahi Muhammad Gwarzo was dismissed as minister of state, housing and urban development.
This is coming after the President scrapped the ministry of Niger Delta and the ministry of sports development.
President Tinubu at the federal executive council on Wednesday, also approved the merger of the ministry of tourism with the ministry of culture and creative economy.
