CP Bode Ojajuni Visits Scene of Kitan Oyesiku’s Death, Ogun Police Recover Missing Lexus Vehicle

The Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, CP Bode Ojajuni, has visited the residence of late retired broadcaster and former Ogun State Television (OGTV) personality, Ms. Kitan Oyesiku, for an on-the-spot assessment of the ongoing investigation into the circumstances surrounding her death and that of her security guard.

The visit comes as the Ogun State Police Command intensifies efforts to unravel the mystery behind the tragic incident that has attracted widespread public attention.

During the inspection, CP Ojajuni toured the premises and received detailed briefings from detectives handling the case. He assessed the progress made so far and reiterated the Command’s determination to ensure a thorough and professional investigation.

The police commissioner assured that no stone would be left unturned in identifying, apprehending and prosecuting those responsible for the deaths.

In a significant development, the Command announced the recovery of the Lexus RX300 vehicle earlier reported missing from the deceased’s residence.

According to the police, the vehicle was recovered by operatives during a night-time operation and has since been secured as a critical exhibit in the ongoing investigation.

The recovery is expected to provide investigators with additional leads as efforts continue to uncover the circumstances surrounding the incident.

CP Ojajuni also extended his condolences to the family of the deceased, describing the incident as unfortunate and assuring them that justice would be pursued diligently.
